this is the 2nd time zynga stole my chips and force me to reset all and accept 1m from my total 200m chips.they are so asshole doing this and stole their own customer chips that won a game of luck.being a facebook account user im so pissed with this stupid owner of zynga bullying people who won their game.by their stupid terms they think they can simply took my chips and force me to buy from them.this is not away to running bussiness.this is black mail customer.so many also complaint in whole world but y cant anyone take action on this??does anyone know how to force this bastard zynga to stop stealing customer chips do let me know.and do complaint also.thank you.

I have been playing Mafia Wars for some time and actually purchased $7.00 in credit a few months ago. I did not realize that Zynga had automatically saved my credit card information or that anyone who clicks any "buy" button while playing any Zynga game in the future could easily rack up charges against my credit card. To make a long story short, my granddaughters (ages 7 and 8) began playing "Petville" on my computer; when I returned, I saw three "receipts" in my e-mail and found that they had charged a total of $120.00 for "Pet Cash" and "Coins" without even knowing they were spending real money. I will notify my credit card company and will contest the charges but don't know how far I will get. Please be aware that Zynga automatically saves your credit card information and you must go into your account to remove it...I this really legal?

I would never put my credit or debit card on the internet, if I need to purchase something online, I will buy a gift card, because I work for a bank and I know what fraud is. I play games online, the Zynga games. Now while you don't have to pay to play these games, Zynga and its' employees are making money. The Frontierville game not only shuts down when I play it, when it's not in need of neverending refresh, and will shut down my whole computer. They have nothing even close to resembling customer service, their site set up in such a way that there is no option to provide any real criticism that will reach a human being, and at this point, I don't think they even bother to care that people are upset. I call for a boycott of Zynga if they can't get their act together. This is ridiculous.

Have brought chips with my credit card, received a message on my account on face book to say i have violated my account to which i have no knowledge off. now they are saying they are going to take the chips that i paid for. please help. October 6 at 7:28pm Report
