i made apurchase of $125.00 for 60, 000, 000. chips on 07/07/2010 and i rec. my confirmation in my email. i played with the chips for two days, and then zynga went in to my account, and took all the chips i had.that was on 07/09/2010. they had also debit my bank account with wells fargo on 07/07/2010. is that DE-FRAUD.? i made the purchase in good FAITH.and on 07/09, after me telling them i would get a lawyer. ZYNGA put the money back into my account. i need help! how ever, zynga offer me there PLATINUM PROGRAM for 500.00 and up. once they knew i had the money, it was no to the $125.00. for 60, 000, 000. and hello to the platinum program FOR $500.00.

about 6 weeks ago 5.2 million chips went missing from my zynga poker account, i reported this to the zynga team and they told me they couldn't find anything wrong and won't be returning my chips, although zynga may not of been hacked my facebook more than likely was and now change my password every 2 days to stop this happening again...i have emailed zynga many times now and just seem to get brushed off and ignored, i spent all that time building my chips up that is what is so frustrating and annoying, and even though zynga is free to play i should still get my chips back...you can buy zynga chips and its possible that zynga take your chips so that people have to buy them, which is how zynga mke their money which is fraud because i put time and effort into earning my 5.2 million chips...i am very angry at this and not sure if this board can do anything if not can anyone help as to who i can make an official complaint or report zynga...because this is just so unfair and i'm getting very pi**ed off with how i been treated

While playing Zynga poker the last week it starts off very fast and as the game progresses it gets slower you can't bet or fold and eventually it freezes up
and this happens every time we try to play
What is the problem?

I had 79 million chips on poker, then got a message from zynga poker saying I have been selling chips and have multiple accounts. I have never sold chips, nor have I got multiple accounts. They took all my chips away, I have contacted them several times but to no avail. I have in the past bought chips from them via credit cards, although the game is free and not for real moner, but buying chips is real, so taking chips away is steeling chips that I once bought and they think by accusing you of something unjustly, gives them the right to take chips away from you, so taking my money in the past for chips and not giving my money back or at least my chips back is fraud by deceit. I want to take this furthur by legal action as this is very wrong, and it has happened to a couple of my other friends to. It may be for fun, but to do what they have done is very wrong and taking money from us and being a law unto themselves. Please sort this out.
