I have been fraudulently charged $630 thru Farmville/Texas Hold Em on Zynga. I have been on unemployment and am the single mother of two. I have contacted them to no avail. Filed a police report and fraud statement thru my bank but they are very uncooperative. The charges started 3/31/2010 and ended 4/19/2010 and it was the manner in which they were submitted. Amounts of $20 and/or $50 in a manner of minutes. My last email today is forcing them to prove this came from my IP address and a copy of all charges that were voided, reversed, did not complete and did complete as per previous emails they stated that this occured. I am hoping that with this and my bank's help I can get my money back. I truly feel a class action suit needs to be filed against them and I would happily join anyone that is willing to go that route. I do not have the means to hire an attorney and while yes, when I was employed I did purchase some chips, being unemployed I do not have the means to go without this money to pay bills.
