starting playing yahoo mafia wars and purchased reward points @$200 not realizing the game was not fully developed and was overloaded with bugs rendering it unplayable on many levels...asked for a refund or simply a credit to transfer to facebook mafia wars...was denied...said basically that they have no legal requirement to provide a working game and I was out of luck...it is now my life's mission to bad mouth this dishonest and immoral company as much as possible...thank goodness i have so much extra time to do it since i am no longer playing mafia wars

Nevertheless, as you might know, in our Terms of Service http://www.zynga.com/about/terms-of-service.php states that we aren't able to do any refund, on article 3.2 Payment of Fees. I truly apologize. Believe me that if it was up to me, I would've given this refund that you are calming since is not fair. In addition to this, we aren't able to transfer your currency to another social network or to another account since every game is linked to their UID and is impossible to duplicate this. I would really appreciate your understanding to our regulations and procedures. "

A company that isn't able to issue refunds...yeah right!!!
