This company took UNATHORIZED funds from my checking accout.I want to be fully refunded.

Unauthorized withdrawl
I applied for a pay day loan and didn't get it and then I get charged $29.89 for a credit monitoring service which I did not apply for and also got charged $35 from my bank for NSF! I called these guys ZZ Solutions and they told me they were going to refund me my money and gave me a complaint number to use for my refund complaint. I went ahead and went to the website they told me too and filled everything out as I was asked including the complaint number, I waited for a month and never got nothing back. I called again and they told me that the refund was declined by their refund deptartment and that was it. This company is a scam and they are criminals and should their business should be shut down and their so called President and Vice President be arrested and sentenced for internet fraud and plain robbery!

They took money out of my bank account without my approval!!! I am going to my bank and i am getting this taken care of!!! I am also contacting the BBB.

Unauthorized billing
27.94 were withdrawn out of my checking acct. on 8/29/2008 without my permission. I don"t even know who this company is and never recalled speaking with no one fro m this company about any purchases!!! But i am in the process of filing charges and looking into legal action for this action on my their behalf. This is fraud!!

Fraud and cheating
I looked in my bank account and they have taken out 35.00. I don't know who these people are but I am going to my bank and getting this fixed.

Attempt to withdraw money from account
I have never heard of this company called zz solutions!!! Yet you tried to hit my checking account on 08/18/2008... i want to know why? And have you refund my account for the 29.98 and the overdraft fee of 32.00... you had no authorization to touch my account, especially since i never heard of them. I will contact the attorney general, if this is not corrected in 48 hrs. larry nelson. I have done so before, in regards to you messing w/a disabled persons checking account, and on limited income...
