We supplied trainers for UNI Strategic to carryout courses in Bucharest. Contracts were signed with UNI and the courses carried out. Feedback from the company that recieved the training from our instructor was very good. They paid UNI Strategic Pte in full for the course but UNI Strategic Pte have failed to make payment. The course was carried out in November 2010 and we are still fighting for payment in July 2011. There are several posts on different websites warning about this company I urge anyone considering doing business with this company to only do so if paid 100% up front of providing services. Hi, I bought a new AIBI cross trainer 3 months ago, E820. Within one week became faulty. Had it changed three times and repaired twice. For the fifth time the handle broke off. The service is poor and I asked for refund since their product is substandard. I brought a watch to vincent watch at jurong point for servicing. The back cover for the battery came off. I stood there waiting silently for 10 minutes. Was charged ~ 2500 for 7 sessions of body slimming package which resulted in close to zero effect, lost only 1kg.. On top of that, was scammed to buy more stuff like heat rub at 100 plus to make it more effective.. But not effective at all.. Their customer-service officer told me that they could definitely resolve our toilet clogging issue. We asked specifically if they have high pressured water-jet machine and the officer claimed they have everything. Thus, we engaged their service. Today i bought two chocolates of Cadbury Dairy milk roast Almond and Dairy milk fruit and nut from Carrefour Singapore(Suntec city). To my surprise the chocolates had worms in it. The white coloured worms and my daughter who is young ate it. The expiry date on the chocolate is 10/10/11 and I have the reciept and chocolate intact. I have used edreams twice over the years but never again. They are almost impossible to deal with by email and that presents problems when the Customer is outside of Europe/USA. They have sent me incorrect flight details, then said "sometimes the system picks up these erroneous sectors... because the fare basis is cheaper". I had shipped household goods with total weight 76 kg's in seven boxes on 24/03/2011 vide invoice no. 26929. I receved only 6 Boxes with total weight of 69.8 KG that too after lot of followup at thier office in Chennai and Singapore, with additional payement of Rs.1400/- for their mistake (delay in delivery). After 10 days I queried about the cellphone as I had not received it and was informed by Rong2007 that the cellphone was being held in customs and for it to be released i needed to pay another 115 euros within 2 days otherwise the cellphone will be kept by customs for ever. High cost products that doesn't deliver, They promised good quality customized figurines but delivers sub-standard products. No matter how hard you communicate your intentions. The crafter only does minimal changes to the product. If product does not turn out well. They do not give refund or entertain you. The entire purchase process is filled with "traps" to ensure you do not have any refund rights. They however document every email/transaction between you and them for credit card disputes in their favor. They have disable posting on their facebook wall to ensure no complaints get through. Swarovski has a terrible product exchange policy: my kids saved up their money to buy their mother a crystal for her birthday. After buying it, we realized it had a clear defect. I bought a dv4-2112tx hp pavilion laptop from matrix centre. The first day it self the keyboard stopped working hp repaired but did not give a replacement. I am here to lodge a serious and frustrating complaint about Courts SIngapore's so called extended warranty under its supashield. 3 and a half years ago I bought a SONY 40inch Bravia TV from courts. I ordered a set of Kingston DDr2 800 -8 Gb Memory Modules and payment of $70.00 was made. A few days later when inquiry of delivery of items were made via e-mail the sales manager tells me he does not have stock of the ordered item. I have emailed these people in China almost 30 times just to confirm this order prior to payment and they confirmed they have the product. But after payment was made they tell you they don't have stock. What a bunch of Scammers. Beware of them.
