I purchased an outline from this company for $10 and it turned out that the outline was not based on a certain textbook as they had advertised. This misrepresentation was critical as I was purchasing the outline solely for the fact it was based on a text book I am using, and the outline is therefore useless to me. I have been sending outline depot emails for the last month, and they simply will not reply to my requests for correspondence. The company took my money, threw a bogus outline my way, and now they stick their heads in the sand when I address them on the matter. I am sooo glad I decided NOT to attend ECPI (Raleigh Campus). I went & took the entrance exam. I was interested in taking the Practical Nursing program. First of all, I would like to point out that overall, I think very high of Keller Graduate School. Most of my experience here has been excellent, however when I transferred to the Schaumburg center things seemed to go down hill very fast. The PF withdrawal form has been submitted to the PF Regional Office on 19 June-09. Becasue the PF office was shifting from Nehru Place to Wazirpur the office did not allow submission of the forms in April. Finally they accepted the form in June and promised that because they have delayed in accepting the PF withdrawal forms, they would make the payments within a month. Having observed the quality of teaching and management for quite some time, the quality of teaching in the school is generally deplorable with glorified baby sitters who do little to install musical concepts and values(a few exceptions hopefully). I could write a book, but I'll keep it short. Basically, the owner no-showed on a scheduled in-home class. When I called to get a refund she told me that she would give a 50%refund if I mailed her back some VHS tapes she lent my wife to watch, which I did at my own expense. This school is one of the worst I have ever encountered. There is no communication between staff/departments and as a result the students suffer. How this school can continue to run is worthy of concern from the community. The entire school is in poor condition. Students are forced to reside in some of the worst dorms imaginable. My son is studying in the sixth standard and is asked to carry atleast 18-20 note books to school everyday. Carrying those books makes the bag too heavy to be carried till fourth floor of the school building. Possible solution could be a small locker to be provided to students after a certain standard. They exploit their students- A year ago I went there and they offered me a subsidized course fee $2500 (for remedial massage) if we did 1400 hours in the student clinic, and said it would take 2-3 years.
