SOLO Communications, through Enhanced Billing Services, alleged I signed up for a fax/voicemail service when I called to inquire about the service. Even though they insisted I signed up online for the service, I assured them I did not and that obviously something fraudulent had been done in my name. Recently had these guys out to my house to fix a problem w/ my dryer. They misdiagnosed the problem and will not refund the outrageous $75 service fee. We purchased a Bosch Dishwasher(shu43c02uc) in August 2006. Now 6 months after the warranty runs out on it the main motor is out! Bosch has the motor for $150 but was able to find it for$90 on EBay.
