I ordered printer cartridges, they sent me refilled cartridges. These are one time use, and will not work when refilled. They sent one replacement, but now refuse to refund because they say I am past the 45 day refund period. They sent me several e-mails proposing "solutions", and thus forced me past the 45 days. We bought a new Activision Guitar Hero 5 game and 2 guitars. Starting with the first time, the game freezes during play at random times and always freezes when attempting to copy to the Xbox hard drive at the sample place. All other DVDs work great. I called Activision and they would not simply replace the DVD. They said they would charge me $20 if they found scratches. That's not a warranty, to me.
