WATCH OUT !!! Subagames had a pop up on YOUTUBE . I was downloading some videos and thought while I was waiting I would play a free game and figured that it would be safe cause it was a ad on YOUTUBE. I was wrong my computer started working very slow and then just did not work as soon as I clicked on the ad for crossfire the game on subagames.com website. After 2 days with some help from friends I got my computer clean there were 323 THOUSAND diferent things scaned on my computer. I ordered 2 dvd's from this site 20 days ago and never received them. I left multiple recordings on their answering service and sent several emails and never heard back, and yes every time i called it was between their business hours. On their site it states that 'if you don't receive your purchase within 15 days to email us'. When this product (Warhammer Online) was purchased there was a promise of customer support by the creators of this product. During the early stages the customer service was there and seemed to match the service agreement. In the past 4 months there is no in game service at all. Ordered two sets of DVDs from this company online. Their website claims that all their DVDs play on Region 1 DVD players (USA). Received the package from China. No return address, unless I can find someone who reads Chinese. One of the sets I bought does not play on my Region 1 player. When I emailed them, they replied that the DVDs would play on any player. Two teenage girls were selling magazine subscriptions to win a trip to Hawaii for their baseball team. They said they lived in the neighborhood and were both home schooled. Myron A. Grace has been scamming investors/actors out of hundreds of thousands of Dollars around the country for several years! He posts numerous adds on Craigslist promising to film everywhere, entices them to invest their money and time working as actors and then disappears while leaving them holding the bag. They lose everthing they invested, no one ever has made a return of their investment or ever getting a penny of their money returned. This site sells mature dvd's for a low price, and also sells on ebay. They grossly misrepresented the content of the movie I sent and when it was defective they were not helpful to work it out. Their customer service is rude. I've had over two months of my life wrapped up dealing with these guys. I can't get them to stop sending emails. If you ever pay your bill with a debit or credit card they keep the information even if you say you're making a one time payment. Then if you're late or your account is past due they take the money from the last card you used to pay your bill. So if you don't have the money in your account you will get an insufficient funds fee added to your account.
