I was fooled into believing this site had "Howard the Duck" on Region1 format DVDs. Placed the order over a month ago, and haven't received anything. I received a Bottom Line Yearbook 2009 which I did not order. I e-mailed Bottom Line Books customer service stating I didn't order the book and I would not pay for it. I ask for a mailing label to return the book to them a month ago but have never received a reply from them. Today I received an invoice for $31.90 for the book. I certainly don't intend to pay it. Unauthorized charges were made to my account in Nov. 2008 by both UMG*MY ADVISOR 888-873-1669 and UMG*MYAD 888-873-1669. My apartment complex owns their cable lines, so the only chose for TV is to get crappy cable from my apartment, or Dish Network through AT&T Home Entertainment. I just bought a new HDTV, and wanted HD programming and also wanted a DVR because I travel a lot and like to record my favorite TV shows. Not able to find boxed sets of Malcolm in The Middle series available on sites such as Play.com or Zavvi, I typed in the program name as a search and this site came up. I think you've all seen the commercials. The commercial shows Disneyland in the middle of the day with hardly any people in the park and the Disney characters running along with small children. I just received 2 "Past due" notices from this company, both identical. They state that I owe them money and that the account is "seriously past due." My husband's debit/atm card information was fraudulently used to charge $91.98 to DRI Symantec. Bank said it was some sort of software company. Husband had just gotten new atm card, withdrew cash from our bank (1st and only xaction on new card) and within a couple of hours this charge was made to husband's atm card. We never use our debit cards for online purchase. Card was never out of husband's possession. Who is this company? Is DRI Digital River software? Service had deteriorated horribly since the restaurant opened about a few years ago. I guess business is so good that the owner and staff feel that it's no longer necessary to treat the customers right.
