I had to reboot my computer and when I tried to install Anti Spyware and Privacy Controls they would not recognise my registry keys. I tried the support link on the paretologic page but it would not open. I have tried this many times. This is the only part of their site that does not work. I have tried emailing other parts of their website but to no avail. While on my computer I got a virus/spyware warning which I could not get rid of with my software. I sent them my credit card and got charged 59.99 plus a foreign fee of 1.20. The virus went away and the software was supposed to be good for 1 year. On 3/15/11 the virus is back. read full review »

My family purchased a total of 5 Color Nooks from B&N over the 2010 holiday season. After being loyal customers for two decades we encountered repeated problems with the Nooks and could not get a response from customer service. The store wouldn't help us at all. I am very unhappy with the fact that scheduled programs are cancelled without notification and not adhered to. The worst is that they advertise these programs during the week and then they change their schedules and put sport on tv without notification!!! This has been happening for the last three weeks now and still it is not corrected and they are still advertising programs that do not show. I have been a loyal customer of Mnet since 1993 and can't believe that after all these years with all the latest technology that they still get their schedules wrong. I have been playing zenga poker on facebook for months and I had 125 Million chips. My best friend was hacked twice in four days lossing 65M and 6M with no word back from either facebook or zenga. I bought my 50" Samsung television in November of 2007. After 2 years my lamp went bad and so with my warranty I had the ballast, lamp, and color wheel changed. They told me that i signed a contract saying that i wasn’t able to cancel my subscription with them. I don’t recall signing anything, they signed me up through the phone so i don’t have any written proof that i signed any sort of contract. I bundled services with Qwest and Direct TV after a saleman came to my home and promised to beat Comcast's pricing. I was promised a great rate- and then the bill came. They apologized, promised to correct the problems and bill # 2 came- double what they quoted me!
