I have for year use direct TV satellite every once in a while I check my bill and notice hidden charge like for extra receivers that I do not have or package I had not purchase I got a paperless bill and sometime I do not have the time to log in and check what I being charge for . I didn't notice until I had entered my credit card information and pushed enter that there was a box that I was required to UNCHECK next to More Magazine. I bought a brand new computer w/ Office Professional and can not view HTML messages in Outlook 2010. When they talk to a person they put you down. I thought you should have time before you could canceled the order. They are nasty with the people that they talk to. We have cable TV...it was installed in January...they sent 5 installers to connect cable to our townhouse...it took three trips to first get cable to the townhouse, then everyone shows up to hook up two televisions and internet. I ordered the "Mad Men" box set of seasons 1-4. BAD! It was obviously recorded right off of the television; the AMC logo was in the bottom corner, as well as the "TV 14" in the upper corner. The subtitles were completely misspelled and did not match up to the words being spoken - a clear indication that this was not from the distributor, but from someone who had no grasp of the English language. I placed an order for service with AT&T online and paid a deposit of $75. I contacted a rep after receiving an email requesting additional follow-up. I was told an additional $200 was needed for cable. I then cancelled the order and requested my refund since I do NOT have service with them. I have been given the run-around ever since. I ordered the Biggest Loser 10 seasons - I paid good money 5 DVDs did not work. There were commercials and election coverage all through one season . Parts were missing from another episode and one episode was missing altogher from another season. I was willing to overlook that but the 5 DVDs that did not work needed to be replaced.
