Hi, I bought a new AIBI cross trainer 3 months ago, E820. Within one week became faulty. Had it changed three times and repaired twice. For the fifth time the handle broke off. The service is poor and I asked for refund since their product is substandard. The doctor is one of the meanest rudest people I have ever encountered. Not only was he insulting me and my body, my pain tolerance (calling me a baby, threatening to stop the procedure saying I didn't deserve his work), etc., he was openly mean and rude to his assistant. We used about half of the bottle before finding a worm/caterpillar in the peppers. the worm was in fine shape, except for the fact that it was dead (poosibly of drowning.). This physician really should be prevented from coming into contact with people in need of help. I had experience with her during an inpatient hospitalization. She did not work according to the schedule provided to me, and actually insisted on waking me up after I spent hours trying to get to sleep to do nothing more than bill me for a session.
