At this time, the stickers are placed on the shoe at the heel where the foot connects to the shoe. When you peel off the sticker, you scrape the shoe top, plus sticky residue remains. Also, on picture frames, what is the reason for putting the sticker on the glass or plastic that covers the picture you put into the frame? Put the darn stickers on the back of the frame! I purchased four pairs of these shoes between myself and friends and had the same problem - the crampons bent the first time out and the snow stuck to them so badly that huge balls were created and we couldn't walk more than five steps without our ankles rolling.
