Went to this centre after seeing it on Deal.com.sg with a friend. The first impression should had allowed us to know that this place is going to be dingy. I went into Wynn Optics to have a minor adjustment on my glasses that were a few years old and had some minor scratches. When my glasses were returned to me there were deep scratches right above where the adjustment was made. On 5/23/2011 I went to the opitcal center to order a new lens because the one I had a large scratch on them The lady informed me that only the frame had a warrenty on them. I said that was ok. She said that it would be 50 % off because of just one lens. The lade, which I did not get her name, was middle aged, with blonish short hair and glasses. My husband needed some work done so he chose Smile Magic in Lewisville, TX in our hometown. This was on 03/25/11. They told him they would call him back for him to go back to finish the work on a crown replacement. After paying upfront, it is now 05/31/11 and they have not gotten in touch with him. I purchased an $1, 800.00 Baume and Mercier watch (msrp 3, 990.00) from Jomashop on April 5th of this year. The watch never ran correctly from day one. Great location, good facilities, very cold over winter (saving on heat?) dusty as hell, if you have allergies, definitely skip it. Management is horrible, Alissa the manager (not a climber) makes all efforts to ensure her insurance guidelines are met, which is OK if her blunt rudeness wouldn't kill the whole climbing experience.
