My wife ordered a trial sample on October 9th and was told she had until the 14th of November to cancel any future shipments. On November 10th, they charged our Bank account $29.95. I originally went to a survey site to get some extra cash by doing surveys. I then was asked if I wanted to trial free samples so I said yes and stupid stupid idiot me supplied my credit card details for proof. Our clients spent time constructing well-written reviews, only to have some of them deleted by Yelp. Then, Yelp had the audacity to ask us for $300 a month to have our "placement" improved. I'm sure if I'd given them $300 a month they would put all of our testimonials back on line. If they cared about what consumers had to say they wouldn't erase honest testimonials, and they wouldn't give preferential treatment to businesses that will pay their extraordinary fee. Catco will do anything it takes to get customers, but in the end they screw them over by not giving warranty on their products. There products are junk and crap. They are totally unreliable. As the person before me stated. Web site promotes a free trial with 1.99 shipping charge. Buried deep in the terms & conditions is a supposed authorization (i could not find it) for a montly subscription which is charged to your credit card 15 days later to the tune of $85.00. They offered a free trial which never arrived and took details of my card to pay a minimal amount for postage. I have just received my bank statement which has taken £54.59 from my debit account. I ordered a bottle of Phendametrazine at the end of October for $$39.99 plus a handling charge of $9.99. I was mailed Phentreamine at a cost of $99.95 plus S&H and my credit card was charged $109.00. I called "customer service" and was told that I should have read the statements on their website showing that if the company could not verify the prescription with my doctor, a substitute would be shipped. So, I got duped, too. I got a call on November 5th, 2009 to sign up for a policy and even state on the phone call that it sounded 'too good to be true'. I should have listened to my instincts! I bought a pair of shoes for $150 and a cycling jacket for the same amount from them. The jacket was so tight that even the largest would be too tight. I really need to try a jacket on to make sure of the fit. I asked for a refund and for them to waive the restocking fee of 15% since I kept the shoes. They said no, they could't waive it. I went in to see the Doctor(jay Govender) On the 5th of November 2009, I was sick with nasal congestion and a very sore throat, a fever and headaches. I ordered this off the web for my wedding. I was told that I could cancel at any time. I cancelled after my first order and was charged for 2 additional orders. The first order was free except for $1.00 processing fee. I have been charged $87.62 on Octoer 17 and again on October 24. This is 175.245 charge.
