The US Taekwondo Center in Spring Lake did not disclose (and still has not disclosed) all the fees associated with their program before I signed a contract and has charged me more than three months tuition in advance while not carrying a performance bond despite saying they would not do this on the contract. Took my daughter to have an Extraction she has never had this done before so I went with her. When I called the office before we showed up the receptionist was very short with me. When we arrived one of the people waiting to see the Dentist was complaining how rude the receptionist was to her. When you respond with a resume via e-mail, you receive an auto-reply e-mail that advises you to go to www.Directjobsource.com to submit your application. Directjobsource.com then wants you to sign up and and pay them money up-front for access to their 'exclusive jobs'. I went to cuts &creations hair salon in Loughrea, co Galway to get hi lights and low lights done. The owner Elaine suggested full head colour and half head hi lights. I agreed, one of the girls Paula did my colour and then hi lights, and when she finished she put the heat machine on and over my head and left. I am a regular member of Bally's Total Fitness Club facilities regularly for morning workout. Almost every morning, I find this facility unsatisfactory. Men's shower room area is always dirty and full of odor. Swimming pool water is murky and dirty. Water temperature in Jacuzzi sometimes run over 110 degree. Swimming pool area is not well lit. This salon renders improper services to their customers. This salon charges you great but does not do the needful; I mean it does not satisfy the proper way. NDA Pharmacy should be given an award of the year. I had placed order for four medicines on there website and all four are not cheap so I just can avoid the small amount on my credit card. Excessive charges after applying for the "trial offer". Dazzle White charged for the trial, plus shipping. Then I received another charge for "Insider Secrets" which was $6.95 plus "International Assessment Fees" charged by my bank. Smile Brite charged for the trial, plus shipping. Then I received another charge $93.37 plus the same bank fees. I got them to refund all but $30 and am disputing the bank fees. Beware of using the vitaclear through Proactive acne solutions. They offer you free 30 day trial with the option to cancel at any time. When I canceled through Proactiv it did not cancel the vitamins because they are a "seperate" business. I had to call a seperate number to cancel after receiving another 2 months worth that I didn't want. Horrible service. Owner was very rude. Doesn't honor contract. Asked for a $75 deposit to hold a wig for a cancer patient and promised me a refund if I chose not to purchase it. I called her back 2 hours later and she said she would return my check. However, when I checked my bank, she had cashed my check and told me it was a consulting fee. How awful is that?
