Well my experince at the cheesecake factory was less than a "Piece of Cake". About 3 months ago I went into the Thousand Oaks, Calif Cheesecake Factory. I ordered uniforms from this company Dec 07, I returned them Jan 08, I even have the tracking receipt. Since then I have been waiting for a refund. The company does not make an effort to answer any e-mails, and they suggest opening a support ticket, which I did, neither action helped. They owe me $107.48. I have sent several e-mail with no response. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I suppose they just pocket the money and say goodbye. I have tried to stick it out with this dental office. I have been dissatified for some months now and decided I had enough. Recently my son had an appointment for 5:00pm and it was changed in their system to 4:30pm. When he arrived at 4:50pm, he was told he would have to reschedule because his appointment was at 4:30pm. My mother (80+) purchased glasses at Doctor's Value Vision. A few days after she got the glasses one of the lens fell out. We took them back and had the lens put back in. Then after several trips to have the lens put in and the glasses readjusted, she resigned herself to learning how to put the lens in herself. Employees who have worked there two years are just making minium wage as of July24, 2009. Luandry euipment is broke, one washer and one dryer works and employer threatens people with jobs if laundry is left overnight, but will not pay overtime. Employer comes in screaming at whoever is on duty. Employer threatens employees about loosing jod if a/c unit is below 74 degrees and it is 100 plus outside.
