I have learnt that you have to be very cautious buying over the internet. I bought my "uggs" last January from http://www.uggbootsaustralia.com.au/ thinking they were genuine uggs, they have in the smallest writing ever at the end of their website that they are not to be confused with ugg australia. I ordered free sample of reservatrol ultra (plus $3.95) shipping on 7/1/09. As soon as the order window closed, THEN a monthly subscription confirmation appeared. BEWARE! The sample is not free. I did happen to notice the fine print after I had filled out my credit card information and changed my mind in submitting the order. Went to aspen dental to have teeth check out. I knew that they were pretty bad. I cancelled this product, sent the product back. They took (2) payments of $58.76 on 6/18 & 6/23. I went into this urgent care when I was experiencing some lower back pain. When I first got there the staff seemed fairly nice and friendly. The first thing she told me was we do not accept any insurance here. I had to pay $145.00 up front before I could see the doctor which I thought was strange. So I did being I was in pain. I paid for "expedited shipping" which, according to the information on www.montelwilliams.com, means it is to be delivered in 7-10 business days. While being insured with Golden Rule/United Health Care, I have had nothing but problems. I started my insurance coverage on Feb. 23, 2009, and my husband went to the doctors March 9, 2009 and they would not cover it. Then I went to the emergency room on May 31st, 2009 and my copay(which they call deductible) was $100. I was formally told by Golden Rule that was all I would have to pay $100 if I were to go to the emergency room. Well my final bill was $581.00 that Golden Rule would not pay. Also looked up what must be fake reviews saying its a trusted company. I ordered 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide. The price was extremely high but he claims his is the best. It never came. When I called him he told me that food grade hydrogen peroxide was bad for me. He wanted me to spend over $200! on herbs and homeopathic stuff at $30 an ounce!!! He was talking like a super high pressure salesman. I told him no.
