ON 7/2/09 I ordered a potpie, while I was eating the potpie I found a bone in one of the pieces of chicken in the pie. Just wondering if anyone has had success if getting a refund for this bogus product? I have called and emailed this company several times and they refuse to give me the correct return address and an "RMA number" (whatever that is) since I canceled my account the minute I saw my bank statement so they could not make any more unauthorized charges. We ordered the product and had it shipped to Canada - Canada Customs requires that all ingredients be disclosed prior to clearing through Customs Canada - However we tried many time via phone calls and via e-mail to get the information from the company and never received the information. In an attempt to make an appointment with my colorer, whom I see every four weeks, I was put on hold and left there by a female employee at the front desk. Finally, a male employee came on who gave me a 12:40 color appointment with a 2:10 style appointment. When I pointed out to him that I would be left sitting with a wet head for over 30 minutes, he proceeded to tell me how color works. The total atmosphere of this establishment has changed dramatically! Used to be a family oriented style place with a lot of "sit-downs" of Moms, Dads, kids, fun, laughter... no longer. Now the ambiance is more reminiscent of Pedro's Cantina than family. Still considerable "foot" and drive-in activity but 80% of the staff is Hispanic and one has to listen carefully (and speak slowly) to be understood in English. Plus, the language exchange is not something you would want a six year old to hear.
