I ordered and received this product, but decided to cancel my order after I was sent (and charged for) several additional products. I was charged 39.95 and the next month 44.95. I returned all products in January 09, unopened, as indicated by the customer service rep. To this date I have not received a refund even after about a dozen emails. We thought Whole Foods offered much better quality and choices. Well, we just bought a salad for $17 that would feed one person and stale "freshly baked bread" for $4. This is outrageous and in light of the financial crisis it is ludicrous. Terrible food for a ridiculously high price that I will likely throw away because it sucks so bad. I bought both their itch remedies, the "Itch Remedy" called ItchNoMore which they should call "ItchMore" since it increased the itching on my buttox. Sent order Feb. 21, 2009 . Order went in with wrong tint for sunglasses. I e-mailed them right away and followed up with a phone call in the morning. Was assured the order would be changed. Took six weeks for them to send the glasses and what a joke. Not only was the tint on the sunglasses wrong, both pair of glasses looked like something you would get at a drug store. It was no were near my prescription. Called them to ask where to send them back and was given the address. Sent by insured mail which they received on April 2, 2009. I signed and paid for a contract with SEARS to install a dishwasher I purchased from them. The installation date on the contract was for April 4, 2009. Every store that does not offer bathrooms to their customers should not be allowed to operate. If someone needs a bathroom, it is never a matter "oh yippee, I've been waiting to use the bathroom at Dollarama". It's a matter of health and necessity, depending on the person's system - this can cause extreme discomfort. In December of 2008, I went to Western Dental to get a thorough cleaning and any cavitys fixed. Not realizing Western Dental caters to low income, I decided to go there because it was close to my house. It is now April of 2009 and it's been nothing but a nightmare. Ordered a set of glasses online at the end of January they were supposed to arrive in about 2 weeks. Finally after about a month called and was told "You mean no one told you they were held up in customs". Eventually got them weeks after being promised.
