I SAW AN AD ONLINE FOR THE PRODUCT-COLON CURE- AND SINCE IT WAS A FREE SAMPLE IF I PAID SHIPPING COSTS, I DID IT. TODAY I WENT ONLINE TO CHECK MY ACCOUNT AND SAW THAT THIS COMPANY HAD TRIED TO TAKE OVER $89.00 FROM MY ACCOUNT ON THE 8TH OF THIS MONTH AND MY CARD WAS DECLINED. I DID NOT AGREE TO ANY MEMBERSHIP FEES. I AM CANCELING MY CARD SO THAT I DO NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT MONEY BEING TAKEN FROM MY ACCCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. OTHERS HAVE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM ACCORDING TO ONLINE REPORTS AND HAVE GOTTEN NO RESOLUTION FROM STAFF AT THE SITE NUMBER LISTED. This is the first time I went to Skin Laser Essentials after I found them in Google. I've gone to Fremont Laser before and thought it was good but wanted to try somewhere else.
The decor and cleanliness of Skin Laser Essentials was nice but I found that to be the only nice thing about this place. It was overpriced, which I expected for the area but the employees were far from nice. I found them to be rude and condescending and unhelpful.

We went to the New Balance store to get laces for the 810s we bought as well as the 753s we bought. We made a special trip to the store just for that purpose. When at the store we first asked the sales person for laces. We explained that the shoes were less than two months old and that we want to keep them in service since they are in serviceable condition and lack only a lace. I was pouring my last few glasses of sweetened tea (the gallon) and inside of it a 4 inch slimy, slug-like substance fell out of the container. My entire family had been drinking the tea for about 2 days and we had been ill every since, thinking it was just a virus. The doctor said that it looks like a slug to her. We are all very ill and my children have been terribly vomiting with high fevers. If they are from a different country and can't speak english in the USA are they here legally and how can they work without a ss #? I have been reading tons of complaints about this company. A common pitfall among complainants is that they are being charged for extra services or recurring memberships that they had no knowledge of and did not request. It appears almost certain that many consumers are not taking the time to READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
It may seem like a boring waste of time, but it's better to spend 5 minutes perusing this section than to spend weeks disputing 'unauthorized' charges with your bank or credit card company. Often... read full review »

Anyone complaining about this company needs to dot the i's and cross the t's. That is how this company survives. Knowing I would be charged the $25 on top of the $9 offer was known. But this company measures "monthly" any way they want. Hence, the immediate shipment of a second box of coffee only 5 DAYS after the first. This company offers a sample of green tea diet capsules for the mere price of shipping and handling, and the customer assumes he or she will have the option of ordering additional supplements, after a trail period, but this company does not wait for the customer to place an order, but instead sends another bottle of capsules and charges almost $80.00.

I took the trial period for the shipping cost of $6.95 and even before I reached my trial expiration I was charged the FULL amount of $29.99; when I called and discussed it with them they instructed me that there was no refund for the full amount, once you accept the trial off you are charged the full amount for the tea; however, you can cancel by sending them an email with the order number on it to them. November 2008 I ordered a 10 day trial package free. I was only required to pay $4.95 for the shipping. When I received the 10 day trial package there was also a day supply included in a separate package. When I received my bank there was a charge for $4.95 plus an additional 69.95 and each month up until today there has been a 69.95 charge. My son was a victim of a gun shot in his left upper arm and his right middle finger. He was rushed to South Suburban Hospital by paramedics. My complaint is when the nurse named Mona came into the emergency room to take care of him, she was about to give my son a shot, spilled all the medicine from the needle all over his arm and did not have on any gloves. On 5 April 2008 I went through the drive thru at the Chick Fil A in Easley, South Carolina. When I pulled up to the speaker a very rude African AMERICAN worker shouted may I take your order. I politely placed the order and pulled around to the window. The girl snatched the money from my hand and appeared to have problems making change.
