Last week I went to Aspen Dental in Auburn NY. I figured I would give them a try. They were offering free x-rays and an exam. After the X-rays and exam I was called in for a consultation. I was told I need two fillings, at the cost of $250. I was also told I had gingivitus, which kind of shocked me since I take pretty good care of my teeth. I called them last week to see about a charge that was not authorized my me. The guy that I spoke with said that the computer had crashed. So I asked to be refund that money and he said that it would be back in to my account by friday. A charge was billed to my debit card of $38.95 from a company unknown to myself. No one has access to my actual debit card, and no one has access to my computer. A huge rack fell off the wall just around 1 pm today shaking the floor and luckily not harming anyone. It could have killed someone. Customers in the store were not told anything. Employees because of nervouses I guess just laughed about it. It would have been better if people were told that everything was ok and that no one was hurt. This is NOT a complaint but HIGH PRAISE. I ordered shoes online and my weird feet are hard to fit, so I had to call their Customer Service and to my amazement, a human being answered. No computer. My fiancee lost his ring that we purchased from somewhere else so we decided to go to Zales (Tyson's Corner Mall, Virginia) to buy a new ring for him. I received and paid for Enriche Rebuild Moisturizer. I tired to pump the moisturizer from the bottle and it did not work. When I opened the bottle, it did not have the piece which hooks to the pump to dispense the cream. I called your customer service line but could not reach a rep. It was totally automated. On January 6th, 2008 I placed an order for 6 albuterol inhalers. I was told they were shipped on January 16th, 2008. When I tried to contact the company, they had a new web-site and no record of my order. This company says "A free 14 day trial" then charges you before the 14 days are over. $90 dollars every couple of weeks. This company has been withdrawing money out of my account even though i have canceled the account over a year ago. I noticed that i was being billed and notified them immediately. I went to Village Inn with my brother and a friend. I ordered the chicken with mashed potatoes. We were eating and having a fund time but when I went to eat the chicken, it was ice cold. I preordered a spiral cut ham of 15-17 lbs and was told it would be $74 with my coupon. On the 24th of Dec. I waited in line for the usual 30 minutes to get up to the counter. They gave me a 17 lb.
