This store is atrocious. As well as the workers there. This store is one of the nastiest looking stores I have ever been too. Inside there is dirt encrusted everywhere. I made a purchase through Ebay from a seller using the name hiddentreasurespa2. When I received the items, 1 piece was bent, there were 2 other pieces that did not go with the set and I could see where it looked like someone had tried to drill (poorly) holes so the beads would fit. The seller reacted very poorly when they received negative feedback on Ebay. A claim was filed and the merchandise was sent back. Unfortuneately for me, I didn't provide the tracking number so the seller not only got the money from the sale, but also got merchandise back as well. I bought a box of Sublime Mousse #83 Golden Medium Blonde hair color from Loreal. I colored my hair today and it turned out BLACK! My hair was a light brown when I started. I called Loreal and although they were very polite, the best they can do is send me a refund, for $8 and some change!?! How is that going to help fix my hair? I have black hair! I am so sick of this company and their never ending changes of the RX plan. I have a prescription from my doctor for 3 pills a day for a month. The first three times I filled the prescription it was fine, now apparently they changed my RX plan and they will only cover for 1 pill per day unless I get an authorization from the doctor ( HELLO..the doctor wrote the prescription ) so I get an auth and that worked for 2 months. They advertise jobs in entry level marketing. The first interview lasts about 5 minutes, the second is basically a long day of free labor with a sketchy "employee" going around to businesses and bothering them while they work.
