This seems to be the only way of getting a response maybe not even then.
We are receiving telephone calls via our BT line from unknown people. Mainly 0800 numbers. Yes we know the story about unsolicited calls but we want them stopped. Yes have tried to telephone BT so unsympathetic and no do not want to pay for the privilege thank you. Perhaps you would be so kind as to reply to this e-mail. Just for your information we are pensioners my husband is ill and waiting to go into hospital. every time the telephone rings and he is alone in the house he finds it very painful to move to get to the telephone. We are receiving constant phone calls from various 800, 888, 866 numbers. If we are able to get anything, they are speaking in a foreign language that seems to be asian but they usually don't speak at all. When we try to call them back, I either get a busy signal or I am told that my "international call can not be completed". I finally called an operator and she told me she couldn't give me a reverse listing on this type of call. I asked her if she thought that this was some type of scam. In Pune Passport office, I have applied for my passport renewal by May 7th, 2007. I am in emergency to go to abroad. I have studied in Pune by staying in 2 places. So for the police verification, they did it in 2 police stations by 3 months. Then I went to 2 police stations. They completed their work by 2 months atleast.
But this passport office is taking its own liberal time. The Passport officer Vijay Kumar had told the passport will be delivered by 20 days in November 8th. After 7 months, still they are delivering.

Incessant, unsolicited calls at least 5 to 10 times per day to my home phone. All hours of the day and night, 7 days a week. Will not allow you to call back; recording that "call cannot be completed as dialed". Two month bill comes around Rs 14,486 in October.I Have informed about this to Executive Engineer-IV, GZB as well as to JE (LajpatNagar). Now Next Month bill is coming around Rs 4000. Have been receiving phone calls from one particular overseas call centre, as many any as five times in succession lasting over a three or four day period of harassment, even though my name is on the Do Not Call Register. Am angry that this constant bombardment of calls means having to take the phone off the hook and am not available to family members. Don't know how to rectify this problem. read full review »

I traveled in 3rd AC coach with my son who is only 3 yrs old from Nagercoil to Chennai in train no. 0612 Chennai Express (date - 11/11/2007). The 3rd AC coach was full of cockroaches and when the passengers enquired the TTE about this, there was no proper response. I have a package that was mailed to me form Wisconsin on Dec 13th 07. I went to the post office on Dec 31 07 with the tracking number and the lady clerk told me that it has not left the post office as of yet. That is over 2 weeks and the package has not moved, I paid $23.00 for shipping . The lady said it could take 4 to 6 weeks. This is regarding the Delhi Airtel prepaid number that i am using currently. Ever since I've started my Airtel no, I've been getting at least 7-10 messages everyday and sometimes even more! To add to this at least 5 to 6 calls from airtel everyday which is very annoying and frustrating, there's no such thing as privacy! Tried calling airtel but can't get through.

The indian post sucks...My parents mailed my DL from Bhilai to my office in Bangalore ,using Speed Post of Indian Postal sevice.But its almost 3 weeks I have not received it.
To experiment the service of Indian post ,I tried to send some post cards to my office in electronic city,but unfortunately these post cards have not arrived yet.

Last year the Town announced a revaluation project. We received a letter informing us that there would be assessors going door to door to view our homes, inside and out. Of course, we certainly had the right to refuse them entry. But, the letter added, if we did not allow access they would assume that we had the best of everything and we would be taxed accordingly. We would also lose our right to appeal or apply for an abatement.

Company calls receptionists pretending that they have been providing our credit card machine supplies on a regular basis and did we want them to go ahead and ship out our next order. Receptionist believes them and "approves" shipment. We have never done business with them before. Days later we receive supplies at a price that is 10 times the average market price with very high shipping fee. They charged us $162.50 for two 12 packs(24) of thermal 2-ply credit card machine paper(we use single ply). The average cost from a legitimate provider is $31.25 for a 50 pack.
