I had recieved a letter saying that I was overpaid on social security benefits. When I called into the social security office I was told I could file a waiver, however they had no record of a overpayment. The Colorado Department of Revenue makes it virtually impossible to reach them either by phone or the Internet if you have questions regarding your refund or taxes withheld. My neighbour's house started rearing dogs 2 yrs ago. His house has been renovated to accommodate the dogs. Currently the occupant has excess 20 dogs in the compound.
