While looking at my bank statement, I discovered a withdrawal made on 11/15/2010 to Elbathy Properties for the sum of 34 dollars and 23 cents-a debit card transaction made, possibly, in Madison Heights, MI. I have no memory of this and do not know who these people are. I looked the name up on the internet and came up with this website, which made me concerned. But upon looking at this form I see nowhere to give you my name or my email, so it makes me wonder what the point of this site is. Please send me an email regarding this and any information you have on this Elbathy Properties.

Disneymovierewards.com is a program which gives its customers rewards for entering codes of expensive dvds and blu rays they purchase! The problem is many people get lured into buying the dvds and blu rays with the fact that they have codes inside. People waste their money on these disney films and get excited about the codes only to find out the rewards on the site are way to expensive and are very bad cheaply made items. In the month of April, 2010 I purchased a Classic Cordless Percolator, and on Christmas Day at breakfast it stopped working. Knowing it was the holiday season I tried to get the name of a place to have my warranty respected. I soon found out that it was not that simple. I placed an order for 4 electric fireplaces with Cymax online. When I placed the order the items were listed as "in stock". The orders were processed and the charges placed on my credit card. Six days later I was informed that the items were on backorder. I called Cymax and was assured the items would be shipped out within the week. was charged $25.oo. I am writing these people again for a refund which I am sure I will never get. Please be aware of theseidiots. I went to their web site and now that has changed also.

I was ripped off by John beck and the mentoring of america program. I told the mentoring of america people at least a dozen times that i wasnt interested and that i wanted to be removed from there calling list, but yet they kept calling and eventually they wore me down... Which is obviously my fault. So like an idiot i paid $8, 500 for the program and there garbage personal "coaching" sessions. I visit this Valero station, located on General Mcmullen St, several times a week. This morning I noticed as soon as I walked in a long line and only one clerk. SATURDAY!! This is not the first time I walk in and the line is long. Several times I notice a second or third clerk either standing around talking or doing minor tasks which could easily be done after the customer line is taken care of. I received a Bath & Body Works Wallflower as a gift from a co-worker a couple of weeks ago. I plugged the unit in the wall and the smell was so strong that my husband complained about it. I then took the unit out of the wall and laid it on my bedroom vanity. In conjunction with a pay day loan I took out I unexpectedly gave permission to use this service. Upon learning of it through my phone bill I spent three plus months and numerous talks with Verizon to have these payments stopped. They continue monthly billing despite all my efforts. Telus, in response to learning customers were unlocking Telus cell phones, decided they would stop it by telling their suppliers they wanted un-lockable phones from here on out. Result? Look where the SIM from another carrier would fit - there is NO SLOT! Now get this: You bought the phone, but you don't actually own it! It's analogous to buying a TV and it will only work with a specified cable co. etc.

We purchase 23 boxes of LED Icicle Outdoor Lights to decorate our home for the Xmas Season. Last season (2009) worked fine; this season (2010) all we did was replace bulb after bulb to keep the lights lite. Finally we discovered that the sockets on the string of lights were corroded; causing the lights to short out and not work again. The cost of these lights were over $250. I rented a 24 foot tuck from Budget Rental. First, they did not have my truck or trailer when I arrived. The "dealer" was even confused. I was told I had to call customer service. I was told by the customer service person that "when I made a reservation it did not gaurantee the equipment". What? Now, I had to call a few people to explain that I was not moving.
