I used the SDG&E website to switch my service from my appartment to the townhouse giving them two weeks notice (they request 5 days). This is the second redemption rewards program that I had to register because they just disappeared. This one I began in Oct. 2009 and sent them the $9.95 for both gas and grocery rebates -supposed to have $500 in visa cards from each totaling $1000. Followed all directions sent in all receipts each month and have not gotten a thing. The website was there a month or so ago and said they had sent out my stuff and now all I get is returned mail from them that states: gas rebate redemption moved left no address and their website says that there is an error on the page.
