They will not return phone calls or emails. My son is graduating from high school in May 2009. They have supplied places to apply for scholarships. We have made numerous attempts but no scholarships. Last year I bought a tree for $1229 from Balsam Hill Tree after checking out their branch kit. I ordered a honeycomb blind on line and didn't get what I expected. My complaint is basically about the web design area. I order from them a few years ago and it appears that they have changed their product line. Their small blind is now wider than in the past and comes with a white back. No where on the order page is there an actual number to tell you how wide the blind will be and the composition is buried on another page and not found in the ordering process. My credit card was charged $11.99 by Great Fun for merchanise. I called the company at 1-800-290-8603 and requested information. They claimed I authorized this charge when I made plane reservations with Priceline in November. So, I am also contacting Priceline about this problem and will not use their site for any further reservations. My local U.S. Post office has ceased mail delivery to our home. During the summer months we were having construction done to our home and our fencing was open during the day due to the activity.
