Having mysteriously lost one of 9 parcels I sent with them their customer service chose to lie about it and claim they had delivered all 9 parcels.They changed their story about when they had delivered the parcels but simply ignored the fact that their agent's (DHL) tracking system showed that one of the parcels had not been delivered although I even sent them a print off. My uncle send me a courier on tuesday from Haryana which was a very imporyant document for me but till now i have not received that and they promised that the courier will be delivered on friday but today is sunday and no info about the courier. I reviewed my credit card statement for the last two months and saw monthly charges of approximately twenty four dollars to Value Plus Monthly. I did not authorize these charges and want the charges to stop immediately and be reimbursed for my previous payments. I authorized a one-time fee for services I requested from this company on April 11, 2011. That same day my bank statement showed additional charges that I did not authorize. I called this company and was told that the unauthorized amount would be taken off my statement within 24 hours. I decided to enroll with AccuStaffing in hopes I would get a job so I can pay my rent and bills. What got was exactly the opposite. For one, they promise prompt employment, and I never got so much as a call from them until about 4 months later. Second, they called me on an old number that I told them to update to my new number 3 times before that. Not only are they known for price gouging, but are also known for throwing away the Bio waste in trash cans at complexes and or the dump. I had called the claims department to verify that repairs to my RV rooftop air conditioner would be covered, and they assured me it was. I submitted a cash paid receipt for the repairs in January, 2011 and now they are refusing to honor the claim. They sent me a request for additional information on February 14th, which I responded to the same day, and the claims representative actually told me he could just continue to say they never received it and not reimburse the claim. I ordered some glass from this company on January 6. My check card was immediately charged $65.35. But, nothing arrived. I called several times - no one ever answers. I sent several emails that went without response. Finally on the 26th I got someone on the line who told me my items were backordered (they couldn't tell me sooner?) so I cancelled the order. This company is a joke! Our company had a very urgent parcel that was needed to be delivered to Royal Swazi Sun for permits. At 8:30 they were called to come pick up the parcel for delivery the next day. They said they had no problem and it will be picked up a.s.a.p. At 10 o clock still no driver and they were called again. At 3 0 clco they were callaed again. At 3:45 we were told a driver was in the area and he will pick the parcel up soon. At 9 pm on a Saturday night, a locksmith named Carmon from the company Call4Locksmith in the Las Vegas site told me that he will have to drill my locks because he can’t unlock the two bolts. I booked for a parcel to be delivered from South Africa to Qatar. The cost of that was R655.50. The courier came when my husband (with a broken foot) was all alone at home. Even though the security guard at the gate told him that he is home and he must just wait the courier services just decided to leave. This without phoning the telephone number that was provided. It is three hours later and I am still waiting even though I was told that they will send someone immediately. I called the toll free #866-640-7628 and spoke to Cody. This charge is a monthly membership fee for free towing, etc. Per Cody, I received a $10 check in the mail -- I don't remember. My husband and i have been a fan of dancing with the Stars since the get go. It is suppose to be a good, clean family show. However the judges comments last night were crude, hurtful and demeaning to the Stars. The Stars each year devote their precious time to the show. Time away from their families and careers.
