I had home security service with ADT for 20 years and always paid my bill in advance for the entire year ahead. Maxis has a TERRIBLE, WEAK and SLOW connection. From what I hear and many other complaints it is the worst in the country. It only works on the average of 1Mb/s but usually less than that most of the time. Also, it gets disconnected often during use and the signal strength is very inconsistent.
