I ordered a Bluetooth set with a nano earpiece two weeks ago (just in time for my exam). The reseller (by the way, it is www.gsm-earpiece.com) promises that nano earpiece works for about 7 hours, heck, know what, 1 hous as maximum!!! When I phoned to their support they tried to calm me down and offered two batteries for free, I refused and asked a refund. The letter addressed to Great Wolf Lodge Corporate AND Niagara. We lost our home to a fire and needed everything. Like the others that complained we got suckered into Big promises. After trying to buy Hardwood flooring, kitchen appliances, Tv sets, Porch Columns, Porch railings, Kitchen stoves, Bedroom, living room to name just a few, all they could say was well we can match it or beat it. Then they tack on their 8% handling fee and 10% tax for Memphis plus most items won't get shipped to our home which means we get to drive 2 hours. Unbelievable. I ordered 4 posters at $2 each. Within 5 days I received 4 additional shipments and was charged $39.80 each. The 'company' has a policy of not accepting returns. Put money into non-profit retirement scam. Called Security Exchange commission, said they could not do anything in my behalf. Put funds where I can't legally sell or draw out. I fired Pirate Propane and told them to come and get their propane tank approx.4/2008.The reason was faulty (leaking) equipment they would not fix, as well as a alleged unpaid bill they would not reasonably discuss over the phone. I had subscribed to a 'Risk Free Trial' of 30 days from the online company. However, I continued receiving shipments of the product and deductions up to $100 off my account. I called them to ask for a cancellation, since I had not planned for a full plan but just the trial only. However, the call assistant refused to cancel me and put me up for a delayed shipment date. This entity offers email lists and email campaigns. I purchased a list, paid for it and it appears to be OK Then I purchased and paid for email campaign. I was only able to send test email to couple of my OWN emails.
