After reading mixed reviews on the product Proactol, I went against my gut feeling and later on it was my "gut" that got it in the end! I had a horrible reaction, which I later learned was quite common. Not only did I have diahrreah for 3 days, the pills caused horrible halitosis!!! After 2 trips to the E.R. Even after the Air Masters was responsive to solve the customer's problem, the complaint viewing, when customer's pull up his web site, is still showing like it continues or is unresolved. Whats the deal with being fair and right, not to say more hurtful than right can find excuse to exist further in this case. I called Phonak to see if my Hearing Aids were still in warranty. They would not tell me that information. They said I had to go to an audiologist and they would call them.This would cost me $150. Pick & Pay had a promotion where you collect stamps for a set of pots and pans. Since the closing date, they didn't have enough stock for all the customers. The promotions expiry date was to collect was 27-03-11. After I created the fictitious name for my company, they had bought the domain of that exact name. I contacted them, knowing that they were going to hold the domain name hostage for a price, but when I asked them, they tried to trap me into paying them $7000 otherwise they would keep and abuse the domain name!!! I heard (heresay) later that they bad mouthed my company as not worth the time. This company is absolutely awful. They have a "return" policy which of course requires an RMA, but they won't give it to you, absent threats. Then they send your an email with the RMA, but add 100 other qualifications to your return (Ie, "we won't accept it if...") Lastly, after you return the merchandise they refuse to post your credit-- at ALL, not just within 30 days-- and refuse to respond to emails etc. You can forget about getting someone on the phone to address your problems.
