Poor Management. I was there for Job Interview. Since I know more staff than the manager. He rejected me. He was afraid I would take his place. Also Ram has gathered some kids around himself so they would never take his place. Help Me Desk will eventually fall down and people will use it less and less. I called PaymentOne, who apparently handles SFR's billing, and they explained I had signed up for this service. I went into my local GNC this morning. I am a former employee, The manager was very rude, she didn't ask me if I needed any help, she refused to answer any of my questions, so I did not buy anything. As I was walking out she told me to never come back to her store ever again as I was a bother to her, in front of 3 other customers plus people walking in the mall, everyone could hear her. This website for viewing credit card account is horrible! Never up and working properly, must always call in and have the tech reset THEIR system in order to access it. Never lets you get by the login page and keeps making you enter more and more information only to bring you back the same login page that you started on.
