Several years ago, we purchased a set of 4 Bilstein shocks (with lifetime warrantee) from McKenzie’s Performance Products, a shop specializing in off road parts and equipment. The salesman said should they ever fail, return them for replacement. The 2 front shocks failed. We went to McKenzie’s, and the manager refused to honor the warrantee. Well, a couple of weeks ago i purchased a small HPS Grow light from this company. I recieved the light in a weeks time. The 1st thing i noticed was that the light i recieved wasn’t the light pictured on the website. So I said ok, let me see if it works? Then, I hooked up the light in my indoor vegetable garden. Lou loaded the bounce house, blower, and extension cord into the back of the truck after telling us he had just had a long drive back after picking it up from another family, and took us inside to sign the contract. I had to change an expensive shirt that bled the color when washed. The store refused to give me a refund but gave me only a credit to buy another shirt. We have lived at our home for exactly one year. On 8/29 I go get the mail and am suprised to find 2 water bills in our box. One is addressed to us, one is adressed to another couple with our mailing address. Our bill says credit balance do not pay. This company has very misleading adds. They promise a free trial for shipping charges only, then automatically charge for the product- including the "free" trial on the credit card. They use the information given to pay for the shhipping and then add automatic payment to your credit card.
