We used Primus Canada for couple of years and eventually cancelled their services due to too many dropped calls. I notified them of my intent asked them to send a final bill. I received one and paid it. Later, they sent another bill indicating I needed to pay final month payment because it was not included. I paid that too. I also returned their hardware as well. But, to my astonishment, I received a third bill supposedly for disconnection charges. As a former employee of All My Sons Moving and storage, I am not suprised by the postings on this site. The company has over 40 stores across the nation. There is a call center at the Dallas location. Employees are threatened multiple times in a day that if they do not book, book, book they will be fired. As a result, they are always overbooked. Often they have to cancel on people or send out temp labor.They will hire guys and send them out on a move immediately. They never get there pads washed because they are too cheap. I bought a phone at Sam's on 5/30/09 the sales agent stated I could bring the phone back in 30 days for a full refund. I decided to take the phone back and get another phone with more options. Sam's stated that Kiosks has moved from the store and the phones were now being sold by Sam's and they would not let me return the phone. They sent me to radio shack who would not return the phone either. When I ordered pictured from shuttlefly $12.00 was deducted from my debit account from Septemper 2008 thru February 2009, then again form April 2009 until May 2009 each month. I had to change my debit card number on my account to prevent the rewards program from deducting any more money from my account. I bought a wireless prepaid broadband device which i was assured would have good reseption as i am within 1klm of the nearest tower, well thats a load of crap as i am lucky to have 3 mins service before i have to re connect again, This goes on no matter what time, day or night. I have rang optus several and get some person who can hardly speak english and they say they cant do anything about this problem. I got a 24 volt cordless 4 tool combo kit for christmas little did I know that battery only lasts a little over 5 months with very light usage. when I went to purchase another battery the stores no longer carry them they are now a special order. I recently made bought 2 WD500GB SATA hard drives from NCIX.COM online store through its St. Patricks Day sale @ $89.99 plus the extra shipping cost ($15). When I recieved my hard drives, I attempted to install and format them. Qwest does not honor their services and disconnected my services after speaking with several reps over the phone and paying my bill. My service were interrupted and they never credited my account for that and now they are charging me for them terminating their services. I was only with me for 1 1/2 months. I picked up my items from this cleaner. There were only six items, I gave them eight. I was missing my favorite shirt and a pair of black pants. Called the cleaners to let them know I didn't receive all the items. They would not even listen to me or even try to find the items. They told me to look in my closet, that they are never wrong. I know they still have my item. The reason I brought my stuff to the cleaners was to get that shirt done so I could wear it this week. I was furious. Don't know how to handle something like this. The Westside Pavillion in Los Angeles has the worst parking situation of any shopping mall I have ever been to. There used to be an option to pay for valet parking for a flat rate of $3.00 under Nordstroms, but a new valet service has been hired which charges up to $15.50 for the pleasure of shopping there. I placed an order on 22 Jun, 11:03 PST, I paid for 3 day delivery. The item sat in the wearhouse for 35 hours before being shipped, it is scheduled to be deliverd on Friday, the 4th day. I contacted Costumes for less and they responded with an e-mail that they were within their shipping policy. I read their policy, id does not state that they have 24 hours to ship. Per their web site "The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it..." I signed up with Sprint when I moved to a new residence about five years ago, was told I could also have a cell phone at no upfront cost and would receive only regular monthly bills starting on a certain (reasonable) date. Well, I thought I was a little smarter than this but guess what, I got sucked in too. I called my credit card company and found out that there was two charges applied to the account within 20 minutes of each other. First the $1.95 plus tax and then another for67.62. The terms of the agreement allow you one day to change your mind and in B.C. you have 10 days to change your mind on any contract.
