The email I sent today: I've spent hundreds of dollars at Copsplus.com. However, I won't spend another dime with your company. On May 18, 2009, I placed an order for a Galco magazine holster, order #284791. I paid online and you collected my money immediately. The next day, I got an email that gave me a link to check my order status. When I checked it, for the first time I was informed that the item was on back order. It was estimated to ship two weeks later. Two weeks later, it was delayed another week... read full review »

Discounts-Webstore
Tim July 1, 2009
I was searching for a new HDTV and this website (http://www.discounts-webstore.com/) Discounts-webstore came up under the Froogle search. The scam site is well done, with no usual scam-like typos and the registration and checkout stuff actually works. HOWEVER!!! Here are the reasons they are a scam site: 1) They only take orders on $500 and above 2) They dont accept Credit Cards!!! Only: WESTERN UNION 3) It is "supposedly" protected by the eica-fraud.org (a fraudulent anti-fraud site!) 4) If you go to the link below... read full review »

So my son asked for a free membership to Rival.com. This site shows recruiting tapes of athletes among other things. The free trial required a credit card to register. I gave it to him, but insisted he cancelled as I did not want to pay 9.95 per month so he can read about other kids. Thats where it begins. YOU can only cancel by phone, and not on weekends. 9-5 central time only. Plus, it has to be 48 hours before expiration. This company, NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. when I called multiple times, i sent an e-mail requesting... read full review »

ProWealthSolutions
Trevor July 1, 2009
Hi, I just joined this site but have been looking at the posts about ProWealthSolutions. I joined PWS back on 8/9/06, 6 days after it started. I have no personal referrals, even though I tried. In Sept. I got an $11 commission just for being a member. So I thought as it grew, even with no personal referrals the commission would grow. What a joke! Went to my site and got a lousy $2 for a monthly commission even though they kept telling me how many people joined below me. Luckily my next subscription payment is 10/8/06. So I cancelled thi... read full review »

Rogers Store
omnimodis78 July 1, 2009
On June 2nd my partner went into the Rogers store at Devonshire Mall and dealt with one of the associates in there. The nature of business was to activate a portable internet service. It was easier to go to an actual store so that the DSL modem could be picked up immediately, instead of having to wait for Rogers to mail one if done over the phone. All in all, the associate (at that time) was professional and he did the job well. Rogers had (and has) the one month no contract fully refundable promotion for this service. This is a classic bait and switch scam. The sales rep, Michael Warren, called my company up a month back and promised that we would be at the top of Google 24 hours a day. Now, A month later I received a call saying that my campaign was costing too much money and that they needed more money from me to stay there or they would cancel me. I was looking for a Garmin GPS system, and found a ridiculously low price on it on this site- in fact, it was almost $100 less than the average price online. I was foolish enough to fill out the registration form (hopefully they can only do so much with my email and name), and was about to purchase the item when I saw that they only accept Moneygram (wire transfer), immediately which I knew it was a scam. Also, I checked where they were based in, and it was somewhere in Switzerland (probably doesn't exist there!)
