W10 Colours Ltd, Hazelton Lanes
Cheri A M July 5, 2009
W10 Colours Ltd, owned by Miriam Binns of Scarborough has charged me twice for something I ordered, promised a full refund in writing if I was not happy and now has refused to give me a refund. In addition to the above double charge (which she said was a bookkeeping error, amounts were charges over 30 days apart), she, as a partner in Ace Lifestles, Hazelton Lanes, made two unauthorized charges to my credit card, once in May and again in June. I waited almost a month for the credits to appear on my credit card transactions. These... read full review »

Allied Systems Industries dba Home Store Plus
BettyCorbitt July 5, 2009
I entered into agreement in July of 2008 to purchase a 2500 square foot home store plus from Allied Systems Industries. I sent a $10, 000 down payment by registered mail with the signed agreement which included a back out clause stipulating full refund of down payment in the event that I could not find a suitable location. After a diligent search for available property, a suitable location could not be located and I executed my right to full refund. I was told that in order for the refund to be administered, I needed to submit a loan package... read full review »

USA Baby- Wisconsin
j.hen July 5, 2009
I was sooo exicited to set up a baby registry at USA Baby in Brookfield, WI- a few months ago. My mother in law and drove from out of town to Brookfield- to go pick up the crib that I had been asking for (her VERY generous gift to us) & when we got there a manager had came up to us right away and asked if we needed any help. We explained that I already have a registry there and we are interested in buying/taking home the crib that same day. She checked my registry and let us know that the crib I was origionally asking for was "out of... read full review »

Angry_Elrik July 4, 2009
It is unacceptable for users of imdb.com to hack the computers of others who post there because they didn't like what was posted or for any other reason. Guilty parties include the politics and religion boards as well as a few others. I propose that imdb.com be required to use the X-Trap security software to prevent the use of hacker tools with their website in much the same way that most online game sites use X-Trap to prevent the use of hacker tools. At the very least imdb.com should be watched and policed as closely as www.myspace.com read full review »

Did a search and didn't come up with anything so I thought this would be a good need to know about this company.. I did a 1-800 patches offer in Feb. Canceled within the amount of time and they still billed me 79.99 - I disputed this with my CC company they ruled in my favor, today I go and do my daily credit pull using TrueCredit and what do I see they put a negative item on my credit report stating that I owe them 79.99. Needless to say they will be hearing from me this afternoon and if needbe my lawyer will be contacting them. So i advise everyone to stay away from them... read full review »

Don't ever do business with Leffler Energy Products in the central pennsylvania area. I hope there is someone out there who knows who Diane is? It is my belief that there is a scam on the internet that has been around for years with people ( one is her ex-husband, George Shilden?) posing as she and selling her videos, autographed magazines, and asking for money in return for "favors". All her websites are run by SCORE, which publishes SCORE magazine and several other men's rags. I have numerous documents, chat logs and pictures to post to support this belief if there is any interest? I also run a Yahoo Group with this subject matter. Sounds even stupider when I write it down. They then proceed to send you update e-mails of how much your site is making.
