I opened the account and had it in good standing but missed a payment and a nsf went into their system in Nov'07. They reported me to scan and now I cannot write any checks to anyone because of it. I called several times and of course no one can speak but broken English. They said on about 4 calls that if I make a payment that passes, they will clear it up with scan. I purchased a vanilla scented YANKEE CANDLE GEL AIR FRESHENER for my 2007 Toyota Tundra. I hung it on one of the knobs on my dash and when I went out to my truck after it had been there several days, I noticed a messy substance on my dash behind the freshener. Dear Board, I purchased a Reliance Data Cable in the month of September. The hardware cost for the Data Card was Rs. 3000/. There was a mix up as to whom to send payment schedule to which resulted in the bill falling behind which made all the payments be late, thereby creating a bill that started at $500 to now be over $800. I could not make any on time payments, because i did not know how much they were or when they were, due because they contacted the wrong person and by the time i found out the bill was already backed up. So it is getting larger instead of smaller because of late fees and over the limit fees something has to be done. I received a gloved ice scraper from my mother-in-law for Christmas. I was pretty excited, as it was from Brookstone and looked pretty cool. The first time I used it, the scraper broke. In January of 2007, I had an Ansul system installed in the kitchen of my bar/restaurant by Northland Fire. My old dry chemical system was outdated and I was told it might not put out a fire. Last few times I have been in the store, I have been overcharged for my items that I purchased. The last time the scanner was not putting in the correct price of the sale item. I went out to my car thinking that the purchased price was too much. After I looked over my receipt, I found that I had been overcharged for 7 items. I've been using ATT bundled local and long distance for over two years at a fixed monthly rate. I work from home so I use the phone A LOT. Well ATT got bought and became the NEW ATT. Long story short they killed my bundle charged me 10 cents minute for long distance AND sent me a local bill too boot. Anyone considering purchasing Best Buy's "extended repair" plans on an appliance - BEWARE! You will likely be without the use of your appliance 2-3 weeks. this has been my experience twice. It takes usually a week to have a "repair specialist" come and look at the item needing repair. From that, parts are ordered. They will not even schedule the followup repair UNTIL the parts are in.
