Colonial Crossings of Williamsburg (VA) gave us a certificate as part of our purchase of a time share. We completed the certification in August 2008, for a flight from Dulles airport (DC) to Orange County airport(CA) in February 2009 and sent the required fee. Certs, in November 2008, sent us a request for additional monies due to a "history of cost of flights " between our requested destination and departure airports. They offer a low price on an all expense paid cruise and then the cruise never materializes and then you somehow have mysteriously have let too much time pass that you had to take the cruise. Tried to make reservations to stay there. Bad phone and fax numbers listed on their website. Email address bounced emails back to me. When I finally got through to them, the owners were stunningly rude. It's rare to find people so unpleasant who run a campground, since camping is all about family, friendliness and having fun. But, there are always a few bad apples, and this is definitely one of them. We chose to stay elsewhere and will not consider this campground in the future. read full review »

I was told my ship would depart Ft. Everglades on Dec. 6th-Dec. 8th sailing to Nassau, Bahamas. WARNING -- do not consider this vacation option. We purchased <4 yrs ago and the fees have tripled. It would be cheaper for us to pay for a 5 star hotel ourselves then maintain this purchase.
