My wife is deaf in one ear and she cannot hear her trainer speaking because the music is being played, too loud. Complaints to the Manager are worthless, he refuses to turn the music down. i made a booking for a hotel in galway last thursday through this site but never received a confirmation e-mail. I received an e-mail saying i am now a member of the cheap hotels resort and can access my booking through the resorvations@cheaphotelsresorts with a password and my e-mail address. This did not work when i tried to do this. I rang the hotel in galway and they have no such booking in my name. When i checked my credit card the money was taken from it. We bought a package from Special T and saved for 8 months to take our dream family vacation to the Bahamas. Special T made so many mistakes our vacation turned into a nightmare. We paid their extra costs for the cruise but wasn't allowed to leave the port because they failed to inform us of necessary documents. Unfortunately we did purchase Blueegreen Resort points. We have never got to use them. We were also told that they would sell our other time shares through a place called Pinnacle. We were told that they just worked exclusively on time share reselling. What they don't tell us, is that it is listed on the internet and no human ever calls or tries to contact you, or tries to help sell your timeshare. Beware all of you. They stated I would only be refunded after 7 days which has still not happened after 10 days. Booked another hotel and money again taken off card. Booked a ticket to Oaxaca that I couldn't use because of work. Called at the time to ask them what the procedure was for reimbursement and/or flight changes. I was told I had a year to use the ticket with a $100.00 fee for the change, including changing the ticket to another destination. I am a truck driver and have a required 10 hour layover at a designated motel in Creswell, Oregon. Because of my required layover I don't have a choice on which motel I would pick for my layover. You are guaranteed NOT to get an answer from Lufthansa Airlines for ANY of your problems. The "contact" address in Liverpool UK for Customer Services does NOT exist ! You will be asked to produce inumerate amounts of paperwork that you dont have, to prove your claim if and when they contact you 5 months later ! MLT does not guarantee anything when you book a trip. Not the room or beds so if you book a room for a family of 4 be prepared to have someone sleep on the floor, maybe. We were put in a room with one bed for 4 people and the desk clerk and manager really did not care. We spent $7000 on this trip to Playa and my kids spent the first nights on Beach chairs. I travelled from US to India on Kuwait Airlines and my baggage was lost and it's been 13 days till now and I still do not know the status of my bag. I had to buy new clothes as the missing bag contains all my clothes. The unknown status of my baggage caused a lot of mental agony and ruined my total schedule as it had many important documents.
