Lawn Destroyers - Last year in 2008 we subscribed to TruGreen Lawn Service for repeat applications of their lawn fertilizer and weed control system that they said was the best. I would never recommend doing business with this site. I was shopping around for a baby tortoise to add to my family and stumbled upon this website. The price they had listed seemed to be very nice, combine that with free shipping (reptiles normally are shipped for between 25 and 50 dollars!!) I was eager to buy from them. I purchased 4 rancho shocks from them on 2/23/10 and received the first two shocks (not even boxed together) about 2/28/10 and they were the wrong shocks. Never never ever order from this website or by phone. Only order from their kiosks. My wife ordered off their website and got a great price. However by ordering that initial shipment of their product, you are now joining their club. That means that you are agreeing to allow them to send you their product at FULL price every 2 months. This company creates websites using their own CMS software. They have the worst customer support. When putting in for a request for support on my site it can take months before it gets corrected. Once I had to send seven request (with in a four month period) to get my problems corrected. At the moment I have two request for problems that was corrected several months ago. Ordered Uggs on line December 5 . I was sent a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number but was instructed that I could not track for 3-7days since my order would not show up. Pretty bad when it's the fraud protection service ripping you off - I think the identity security and fraud protection resources.com services are the real frauds...
