Horrible!! I tried to order a phil and teds stroller from babybungalow.com. The customer service was horrible. They charged my account right away, but the stroller did not come for 8 days and I couldn't get a tracking number from them for 3 day. When I did they gave me the wrong number so I was tracking someone else's package for 7 days, when I told them about there mistake instead of providing some type of customer service guarantee they canceled my order and I didn't get refunded for anther week. I would NOT recommend ordering from them I also reported them to the Better Business Bureau. read full review »

I purchased 6 jerseys from this company, one of them they sent the wrong size and they want me to order another jersey and pay $20 in shipping and they will send me the right jersey. So I am expected to pay at least $47 to rectify their mistake. Do not do business with these people I have been going round and round with them all week and now they want me to pay to return the jersey and they will ship me another one. It is their mistake and they need to pay the shipping. It is not worth it find another company to buy from. read full review »

They are full time scam. I placed an order for a baby travel system and moses basket online. Received a confirmation email that it will be delivered in five working days, but did not receive anything in ten days and then called back myself. They say it was not in the stock, but did not bother to contact me. I changed the order and the lady advised that delivery will be in a week? Guess what, nothing ... called back again many times, sent email, but no response so far.. They are just collecting people's personal details so DO NOT FALL into this TRAP. I am chasing them to take my details OFF their records... read full review »

We ordered shaped rubber bands from this site and never received the product. We received an e-mail telling us the date it was supposedly shipped, but still never got it even 2 weeks later. Tried calling NUMEROUS times, either got a busy signal or a message that they would call back (never did). E-mails went un-returned for days; then every so often would receiv e a response like "we are looking into this". Finally had to open dispute through PayPal (only form of payment they would accept) and instead of receiving a response from them... read full review »

I ordered medications on Jan 25. Nine days later I emailed to ask when they shipped it. When they didn't answer the email I wrote another threatening to file a dispute with my credit card company. Within 10 minutes I got a phone call telling me they had canceled my order and I was "too much of a risk" They don't answer their mail, their phones, or ship orders. I rented a bag from them after I was told that there were 9 people ahead of me, but then I received it in 1 week(with specifications of purple/large/gold hardware) and received a worn, plum, medium, incomplete purse. It was missing zipper pulls, the mirror, and nowhere on the bag did it say the brand name. Someone who saw the bag even mentioned that it looked like a fake bag! I contacted the company and they said to return it as soon as possible, which I did. The rental fee was suspended, and I was told that I would be reimbursed for the... read full review »

It consistently asks members who have paid their dues to log in before downloading a movie. But once you give them the user name and password that they issued, the moves never show on the computer. I complained about this six months ago and asked for help. I never heard a single word from Bad Tushy website. I figured the only way to get my case heard was to sign back into the site, renew membership so I had a leg to stand on in court or elsewhere when they violate the terms they specify. read full review »

Placed an order with them which they did not deliver. Their website claims to give 110% customer satisfaction and a 24 hour response to your queries which is a lie. You cannot contact them on the number they have given, its an answering machine, and their "online" help is always "offline". They ended up refunding my money without so much as a sorry or explanation as to why they let me down. I had no favours to give my guests at my wedding :( Please don't place an order with them or at the very least try and place the order over the phone, depending if you can get hold of someone!!! read full review »

Autumn Ridge Rip Off - Last Spring I spent over $200 with this company for garden plants that were ALL delivered either DOA or grew to be a TOTALLY DIFFERENT PLANT than I had ordered. To date they refuse to refund my money. They did offer replacement plants which I declined as I am unwilling to go through the time and work of the planting and nurturing only to have the same thing happen. It would be a different story if even some of the plants had been correct, but for $200 worth of merchandise to be unusable is criminal! read full review »

Well at every OTHER site I shop at, I choose the second fastest shipping speed, (this case, 3 day) expecting it to arrive at the APO's port in California in three days (which would have been fine, as it should have been there within 7 or 8 days) instead took 2 and a half weeks, unexcusable! All of the people who advertise on sites claiming that they can foretell your future are usually 99.9% fraudulent. Listen to friends who have actually been to psychics in or around the area where you now live. People who have this inbuilt ability are rare and usually have a very strong following and you'll find that a wait of three months or longer for an appointment is not unusual. The real psychic will see you once only and that is usually enough to tell you that they are genuine. read full review »
