I ordered the free trial product 30/4/11. Having received nothing from them by 17/5/11 I rang the customer support . I was told that they had had such a massive response that they had to catch up on a back log and they would reship mine. Still, to this date 15/6/11
I have not received my order. I sent an e mail on two occasions, only to receive a automated response, saying they would contact me. They never have. I refuse to make any more phone calls, especially not knowing how much I am charged per minute. Fortunately, I only ever use a 'pay as you go' card online, otherwise this could have cost me a lot more. read full review »

First you purchase a 3 day trial membership. What you don't know is they've signed you up for 2 accounts. Then, when you cancel, they issue you a cancellation notice for 1 account but you don't realize that you've actually signed up for 2 accounts. They'll continue billing you until you catch them. Then, after you catch them, they'll wait awhile and start billing you again in the hopes that you won't catch them. This company is running an internet scam across the country. On April 19th, 2009 I ordered a Mitsubishi TV remote - Part # MITSUBISHI 290P106010 for $29.95 + 7.95 for shipping. What I received was a very cheap plastic looking remote control that will not work. In fact I do not even think it is a remote control. Well, we have had a medical emergency and I need to cancel our flight. I have also purchased insurance just in case of something like this. Well, it took the website 26 minutes to just answer the phone and then some guy got on the phone and told me he was going to have to transfer me to customer service although I'm pretty sure that's what he was.
