After agreeing to a trial and stating that further products were not required until further notice the company has ignored this notification and continued to send and bill for further products. Thought I had canceled this account back in june but am still getting charged on my account. I purchased a computer from eCost 11/09. It was advertised with a 1 year warranty from the manufacturer (HP). It arrived and didn't work, so I called eCost. I ordered a Samsung blue NC10 laptop battery in September and they sent a black battery on the 7th October. Trusted Nextag when they posted DigitalMegastore as a 5 star "Trusted Reseller" and got scammed by DigitalMegastore. We found an unauthorized transaction for $2.99 on our credit card statement from YAHOO! VOICE BY JAJAH. We immediately called the number on our statement and the company that billed it said they will not authorize any more transactions, but that whoever had our number could not verify any other information and so the try was denied other than the $2.99 which is being refunded.
