On July 13 I ordered 10 boxes of Revlon High Dimension Hair color. This product is discontinued long time ago and it is very hard to find. I called the company and they stated that it was for a trial period but I did not recognize the company name or information. As i was having an abundance of virus popping up on my computer a pop up reasured me that all i had to do was pay this amount (29.95) and my computer will eliminate all bad viruses (spam) or even clean the directory. However, since the first time starting in May, 2009 an increase in spam was apparent and eventually my computer jammed.I had to go to Staples (costing me $450.00) in repairs to my tower. Metline tech charged my phone bill witout authorization thru enhanced billing service. They said this was ordered on line and automatically billed. I did not see the small print in the terms and conditions which state that if you do not cancel within 15 days of ordering (not receipt) of the "free trial" then you will be charged the full price for the product and also entered into a monthly subscription.
