Worse customer service EVER. Avoid them like the plague. Very rude and their shipping charges are very high. I ordered meds from this company they ran my credit card and never sent the meds. They originally sent a tracking number that never worked with any shipping company or USPS. When I emailed them to complain I recieved a response that they would reissue the tracking number. That never happened and then when I re-emailed the email bounced back. The customer service phone number just is a message saying the person you are trying to reach is unavailable. I lost my $300 dollars. Foolish me anyway. I ordered the iPad2 on April 7th. It it now May 22nd and their website still lists my order as "confirming order with warehouse". When I chat with them they just say that they order directly from apple and it takes just as long if you order directly from apple.
