I bought a poster on 8/24 on Ebay. Payment was sent for 9.99 via paypal. despite numerous emails back and forth I have not recieved any posters or refunds. The last email stated that the original shipment was damaged and I would now recieve two posters for my "inconvenience". I gave them two more poster catalog numbers and again have yet to recieve anything. The home website makes if very hard to determine where they are located but I believe it is California. I ordered product from duty free depot in feb, and have not received anything yet, they do not have any way to check on shipment, they do not answer your emails, if after you send numerous emails they might answer one of them and give you the run around. I found this website through someone who ordered a magazine and DID receive it. I then placed an order for six magazines subscriptions. All had prices that were too good to be true. I should have known! I ordered in July and was told that I would receive my first issues in 6-8 weeks. I have not received any issue of the six and I cannot get them to reply to my email. I paid through PayPal and my account was debited. They sent me a receipt via email which I sent back to them to reference but still no answer. This is a total scam. we never visited this site, and have not downloaded any software from the web. This site keeps coming up, opening new browser or tabs without any action from us. We have changed browsers since we understand that IE has security holes these sites may exploit, and even with firefox, this site keeps coming up every few minutes. We have it blocked, but of course the blocker interrupts us every few minutes because this site keeps trying to come up! Something has went as far as to corrupt all the recovery files on our machine. Took 3 months and a BBB case top get the final piece of the order. Additionally, part of the shipment did not arrive which they blamed me for and the level of service was the bottom of the pile. If you have nothing better to do with your life, then go ahead and waste your time dealing with these guys. It is a great example of what NOT TO DO in customer service.
