I recently got on line to the Safeway Online order site. I hate to buy a 12 pack of seltzer every time I go to the store. I decided to order 100 cases for the summer. This was on a Monday and was told it would be delivered on a Friday between 10 and 12. I cancelled everything I had to do in order to be there for my delivery. Each time my server goes down due to fault of Valueweb it takes them at least 5-7 days to get it back up with absolutely no help from the tech department. Each time they switch my server, for there own reasons, they install their own ssl certificate on my site instead of my cert.
